North Conference Center

The North Conference Center is located in the North end of the University Center, which is only .2 miles from main campus. The North Conference Center has been designed to accommodate a wide range of events in a state of the art meeting and training environment. Two large conference rooms as well as numerous meeting rooms are available to accommodate groups as large as 500. All rooms are equipped to meet your facility and technology requirements! Tables and chairs can be set up in a variety of ways to best suite your event.

Spaces inside the North Conference Center:

  • Magnolia Room: This is the largest room in the University Center with a maximum capacity of 500. Can also be split in half for smaller camps/conferences
  • Cypress Room: Carpeted room with 4 windows for natural light. Maximum capacity of 144.
  • Executive Dining Room: Carpeted room with 4 high vaulted windows to complement the rotunda shape of the room. Maximum capacity of 56
  • Rose Room: carpeted room with no windows.
  • Dogwood Room: Carpeted room with no windows. Maximum capacity of 40.
  • Theatre: Carpeted room with no windows and plush theater seats. Maximum capacity of 80.

Student Union

The Student Union is located on Main Campus and is the center of the campus community! The Union offers a multipurpose room (ballrooms) with a max capacity of 850 depending on your seating set up. This room can also be divided into 3 individual rooms if necessary. Several meeting/conference rooms are available as well.  All rooms are equipped to meet your facility and technology requirements!

Spaces inside of the Student Union:

  • Theatre: Features Dolby surround sound and a 10x17’ movie screen with a capacity of approximately 300. 
  • Multipurpose Room (Ballrooms): Very large room with a maximum capacity of 850, depending on the type of setup. Can be divided up into 3 smaller rooms if needed.
  • Meeting Rooms: 6 meeting spaces with varying sizes and capacities.

Academic Facilities

Auditoriums, classrooms, and computer labs are available on Main Campus in our various Academic Halls. Maximum capacity for classrooms and auditoriums can reach 280, depending on the location and your event needs. These spaces are excellent for giving your attendees the full college experience
