Dr Huiting Qi received her doctoral degree from the School of Public Affairs at Pennsylvania State University. Her research has been published in Public Management Review, The American Review of Public Administration, Administration & Society, Journal of Chinese Governance, etc. She has received several awards for her research and service in the field of public administration and policy. These include 2020 Founder’s Fellow from the American Society for Public Administration (ASPA), 2020 Outstanding Student Award from Keystone State Chapter of ASPA, and 2020 Best Student Paper Award from Keystone State Chapter of ASPA.
