VSU Plans Fall Commencement Ceremonies

Valdosta State University will hold the Fall 2004 commencement ceremonies on Saturday, December 11, in the P.E. Complex on Baytree Road. Approximately 718 candidates have applied to graduate.

The 10 a.m. session will include the Harley Langdale, Jr. College of Business Administration, the College of Education, Air Force ROTC, and the Graduate School. The 2:00 p.m. session will include the College of the Arts, the College of Arts and Sciences, the College of Nursing, the Division of Social Work, and the Graduate School.

Banner Carrier names are, Victoria Norman, College of the Arts; James Harold Hitchcock, College of Arts and Sciences; Cathryn A. Murfin, Harley Langdale Jr. College of Business Administration; Jamie Rebecca Daniels, College of Education; Lindsey Coffee, College of Nursing; and Rebekah Ruth Odell and Jill Boutwell Dennis, Graduate School. These individuals recorded the highest overall GPA for each college.
