Science Saturday
Science Saturday is a fun-filled morning program exploring different aspects of mathematics, science, and engineering. The event is free and open to the public for students and their parents. While Science Saturday activities are geared towards middle school students, students in grades K-12 and their parents will find something new and exciting to explore. Planetarium and Observatory Shows
Planetarium shows begin at 6:00, 7:00, 8:00 and 9:00 pm on Friday evenings and seating is limited to 47 per show. Families with children are welcome to attend the early show at 6:00 pm. Admission is strictly on a “first come, first served” basis: reservations for all shows presented on a given night will be taken beginning at 5:30 pm that evening in front of the planetarium. Advance reservations are not available.
Our shows are suitable for ages five and up. The planetarium is located in NH 3004 on the third floor of Nevins Hall. If weather permits, the rooftop Observatory will be open for public viewing after each show. For further information please contact the College of Science and Mathematics at (229) 333-5778.

BioBlitz
A BioBlitz is a gathering of scientists and public participants who work together to identify as many species as possible over a 24 hour period.
